Salah K receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. We do not charge card fees and payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

Salah K strives to send orders by 17 same day, order is then shipped next weekday.
We ship to the whole world, with shipping prices from 39 kr. Items will be delivered at the shipping address stated at the time of booking.
Your goods are shipped with Post Nord.
NOTE: If there is no space at the place of delivery, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which will be notified. If you encounter any problems, contact us at info@salahk.com.
Products are delivered every week’s weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The terms will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

Shipping abroad
Salah K delivers orders to the whole world. Abroad, delivery takes place with PostNord abroad.
However, no countries that are blacklisted by various card providers.
The freight price is calculated individually for the individual order, as the price depends on the recipient country and the number of items on the order. The freight price is at least 59 kr.
The shipping price is calculated before payment, so you can see the exact price for your shipping before you pay for the order.

When ordering to countries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted automatically before deducting the amount.

A license is granted under 2 years in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product / service. You must advertise in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect / error. Salah K will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

No shipments will be received per. COD.

In case of reimbursement, please provide bank details in the form of a bank account and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed by mail or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

A 14-day full return is given on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from that day;

  • Where you receive the order.
  • Obtains the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order, but is delivered individually or by several laps.
  • Receives the last lot or last part of physical possession when it comes to an agreement of delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.
  • The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.
    Return costs must be borne by yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days of returning the shipment. The notification shall be given per mail at info@salahk.com. In the notice, please make clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you would like to send the item back to us, you can complete the attached Return Policy or by using the default cancellation form found at the bottom of the terms of trade and send the item to:

You can not regret just refusing the receipt of the item without giving a clear notice.

Goods except for the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinctive personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
  • Goods that, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Goods where the seal is broken.
  • Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the cancellation right ends when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not provided on a physical medium if the performance has been initiated with the prior written consent of the consumer and acknowledgment that the person in question loses his right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, journals or magazines, however, exclude subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements concluded at a public auction.
  • Items that deteriorate or age quickly.

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must pay the direct costs in return. Upon return you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill in and attach our Cancellation Form.
You carry the risk of the item from the time of delivery and until we have received the return.
We do not receive packages sent per. COD.

Product condition when returned
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested above, the above described, it is considered as used. Which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the trade value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must try the product without actually using it.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back to us.
In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.
With the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a delivery form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date where we have received notice of your decision to make use of the right of withdrawal. Refund is made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the amount refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to offer you our services. We can use cookies to keep track of the content of your shopping cart while using our webshop.

We can retrieve information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, shipping address (if it varies from mailing address), phone number and payment information.

Treatment Basis and Purpose
Your regular contact information such as name and address will be collected to deliver the product or service you purchased from us. We will send your email address to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

Your information (except your e-mail address if you have consented to processing for receipt of offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your product or service.

Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We have our website at WordPress, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in WordPress’ data centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services as best as possible. These external suppliers are computer users and in certain cases treat personal information in connection with their delivery of services to us. Our data servers only handle personal information according to our instructions and in accordance with regulatory requirements for data servers.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data servers, which is our guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules for the protection of your personal data.

As registered, you have a number of rights that we must ensure at all times. You are entitled to the following informations:
